We booked two rooms at Verena Dependance Savoia & Campana but we got rooms at main hotel Savoia&Campana. Both hotels are located in the same street about 10 meters from each other. We guess that the same owner hold both hotels. Stuff was excellent, very patient, polite and they were able to answer to all our questions. We have already slept in many hotlels in Italy but so far we have not met nicer and more polite hotel stuff.

Perfect location, right in the centre, nice owners and staff, everyone is helpful.
The only bad things were the lack of fridge and air conditioning. But the owner put our stuff into his fridge so it was ok.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to the city center and perfect for exploring neighboring cities like Florence, Lucca, and Pisa. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help and make your stay pleasant. The rooms are kept very clean and the buffet breakfast is delicious. Considering the prices and the attention to detail, it's definitely a great value for money.
All things considered, everything was just fine.

the owners are extremely nice and the breakfast was very good for the price we paid.
the hotel is split in two sites. the anex is very tired and extremely basic. this is what you get with the low price, which is a bit of a disappointment, however in terms of value for money it is a good deal. the hotel is on a noisy street and the parking is a good 10 minute walk.

This budget hotel is situated in an extremely convenient location that is close to everything. It is located down the street from the train station and just a few minutes away from the city center where all the local shops and supermarkets are located. the rooms are clean, tidy, and come with fully functioning bathrooms. the hospitality is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. the hotel provides a full breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from.
If you are looking for modern furnishings and lighting, this hotel would not be the best option for you.

Small family-run hotel. The Verena Dependance is like an annex of the original hotel and it's more like a hostel situation only you can also find single rooms. It's very good and clean for the price paid. Few things could be improved like get the TV to work (one in my room wasn't) or better towels, curtain for shower so bathroom doesn't get flooded but other than that it's really good for someone who plans to go to the hotel just to sleep or for folks traveling with a small budget. Family is really nice and friendly even though the father speaks no English but the sons can communicate fine in English and are nice.
Would be great if internet can be made available also in the Verena Dependence at least in the lobby if not in rooms.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just a short walk away from the train station and close to everything we needed. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and we received great recommendations on places to visit in this city and its surroundings. We were happy to find the hotel facilities clean and tidy, with daily room cleaning and change of towels. Additionally, we appreciated the free parking nearby and the fact that the location was in a blue bay-free zone until 8am.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to the town center and nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options to choose from, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a nice stay.
The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, as finding a spot nearby was difficult. , the noise level from outside could be heard from the room, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

During my business trip, I appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location near the train station, as it allowed me to easily travel to my meetings. the daily cleaning service of the room and the change of towels were highlights for me, making my stay more comfortable. Another advantage was the availability of free nearby parking, which was hard to find in the area.
